This policy applies to purchases of our products, including herbal blends, books, journals, guides and digital materials.

Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene/safety and the nature of digital content.

Where required by law, applicable consumer rights still apply.

7.2 Herbal Blends
Because blends are consumable products, we do not accept returns once an order has left our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or opened, do not use it.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• A photo of the product and packaging
• Your order number
• A description of the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7.3 Books, Journals, Guides and Digital Products
All physical and digital educational products are final sale once delivered, unless required otherwise by law.
